Luckily I wasn't born then so I don't feel that old yet hehehehe.

Brown Recluse †

This is a brown recluse that I killed this afternoon. I was spraying the garage with a bug killer when this nasty thing came crawling out from a crack, after alot of spraying it finally gave up and died. To get a feeling of scale I've put a quarter next to it and the diameter of the coin is 24.26mm (31/32's of an inch). Yesterday I bought some indoor bug foggers that I'll use later on. Your not supose to be in the room for 3 hours after you set one of those foggers off so I'm not sure when I'll do it, but I'll use one in the garage and one in the basement.

Woke up to the weather radio this morning

The weather radio started to scream at around 7am, it was a thunderstorm watch which a while later became a thunderstorm warning. I could hear the thunder rolling in and I decided to unplug the TV and computer, since a couple of lightnings was hitting the ground very close to the house. This is how it looked this morning.

Power and Light District after the Il Divo show

After the show yesterday we went to the Power and Light District which is couple of blocks just a cross the street from the Sprint Center with restaurants, bars and pubs.

Where we went is the center of it all with a stage etc. it's like a big open auditorium which is covered with a curved roof, lot's of fun.
