Actually it is now 29 Celcius (84 Farenheit)

Lunch and Beer at Libery Hall, Lawerence, KS

We finally finished the race, it took about 7.5 hours to finilize. The
weather has been just fantastic, now in the afternoon it is probably
25 degrees. I wonder bow I will feel tomorrow when the body is trying
to recooperate.

End of leg seven. Only two more legs

Finished my leg

4.8 miles or 7.7 km in about 45 minutes. Next year I definately need
to practice and prepare some more. It became very hard about half way
in to the leg. When I had about a mile left to run I could see the
checkpoint which made it easier. I was then able to pick up the pace a
little bit. Average time was about 6 minutes per kilometer.

Clyde is our runner up

First Checkpoint KC Hardwood

First runner is on his way

Christian was the the first to start the race for the team. Leg 1 is
3.9 miles from the Brewery to KC Hardwood. We are now on our way to
the next checkpoint.

Big Clyde and the Swingin' Richards

At the parking lot

On our way to the race

The sun is on it's way up and it look like it will be a buautiful day.
Se are just turning in to the parking lot of the brewery.

One hour before the race

In about an hour the Brew To Brew race will begin www.brewtobrew.com
it is a 44 mile (71 km) relay race but there are people who run the
race alone. We are nine people in our team "Big Clyde and the Swingin'
Richards" so in average we'll 4.5-5 miles. My leg is leg number 5 and
it is 4.8 miles long (7.7 km).

I'll update from the race in a little bit again.
