Serves 4 People
1 Pork Tenderloin ~500-700 grams
2,5 dl of real cream
1,5 dl of sun dried tomato cream cheese
2 tbs of chopped Basil
2 tbs of chopped Chives
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp Pork Rub
1 tbs Olive oil
1 package of Fresh Pasta
Shaved Parmesan
How too do.
Start by trimming the pork tenderloin and shred it to thin, small pieces. Brown the pork tenderloin in a frying pan and add salt and pepper and pork rub when the meat is almost done. Add the cream and cream cheese into the frying pan with the pork tenderloin and while the cream cheese is melting chop the basil and chives into small pieces and add that to the frying pan as well, put on a lid on and let it simmer for a few minutes. In the mean time bring a large pan with water, salt and olive oil to boil and cook the pasta al dente (~2-3 min) drain the pasta and pour it into a deep bowl and add the cream cheese and pork tenderloin sauce on top of the pasta. Serve the pasta and sauce in deep bowls with some shaved parmesan cheese on the side. Enjoy!
Sorry for not having any pictures, will add thoose next time.

Well, I made it, jippi!!!!!!!!
Kansas City. We were 40 minutes late flying into Washinton and after
getting off the plane I walked as fast as I could towards imigration.
What I didn't know since this was the first time flying in to
Washinton was that in order to get to imigration you have to take one
of those funny buses that I talked about earlier. The thing is that
there are two kinds of buses on the airport, one that have an entrence
in one end and the exit in the opposite end and this one that has the
entrance and exit on the same side, but that I didn't know so when
entering the bus as one of the first I went all the way to the back
which I thought would be the exit once we arrived to the terminal, BIG
mistake. As I was in the back of the bus I was also one of the last to
get off and therfore I ended up at the end of the line in imigration.
It also must have been more international flights landing at the same
time because the lines at imigration was long and it took a good half
hour to get through. By the time I exited the imigration and customs
it was less than 20 minutes left until the next flight. Luckilly the
gate was in the same terminal as I was so I didn't need to take
another bus but it was at gate D14 and I was at the C gates and the
monitors said that they had started to board already and I didn't have
a boarding card yet. But I said to myself let's try to make it and
started to run in zig zag between all the people in the terminal. Once
I arrived at the gate people was going on to the plane and I looked at
the monitor and it said that the flight had checked in full so I was
not expeting to get on board but after the last passenger had left the
gate I talked to the gate peronal and they had emty seats so I was
able to go onboard the plane as the last passenger. I was sweating
allot after my long run but at least I made it. Next time I go to
Europe is in the beginning of November but after that I hope that I
don't have to travel internationally for a couple of months. This
stress can not be good for my heart ;o) just kidding, but getting
through imigration and customs takes a long time sometimes and if you
incoming flight is late like today you are basically screwed. Since it
also was the first time coming in via Washington I wasn't sure where
everything was, in Chicago I know every corner so there I know how and
where to go.
A very long flight
which slowed us down and made the flight a little more than 9 hours. I
sure hope that I make my connection in DC, I will only have about 1
1/2 hour between the flights and I need to get through imigration and
customs before I can get to the next flight and I sure that my
connection leaves from a different terminal soo I will have to take
one those funny shuttles they have here in DC, but he bad part is that
they are slow. Not too long ago I was connecting here I DC and I
missed my flight home and had to wait for 8 hours for the next one.
Let's hope that don't happen today. I'm also worried about the
security check because they are slow as well. The good news is that I
was sitting close to the exit on the airplane soo hopefully I'll be
one of he first to get off. I counted the seats behind me and there
are approximately 190 people behind me so if I can get to imigration
before them I should be ok. Everything is packed in my bag and all the
papers are filled in soo all I have to do is to run quickly.

Had another good night sleep...
finishing up the presentations and after lunch we go to two farms, one
of our own and one competitor farm. The solution release meeting for
Capitol Goods starts today and ends on Friday, so there are alot more
people today than yesterday. Tonight we have a common dinner not sure
where but I'm sure that it will be nice. And tomorrow morning I drive
back to Copenhagen and fly home again. This time the trip was very
short, only five days. Not sure what we will do this weekend, will
most probably take it easy and relax, even though I haven't been away
too long I'm sure that I'll feel the jet-lag all weekend.

Scandic does not have control!!!!
though they didn't tell me when I checked in nor when I checked out!!
They charged it to two different cards so I had to call them last week
to have them refund the money for one of the card. That was the first
mistake they did.
Today when I arrived to Acandic here in Kolding they say that I don't
have a reservation even though all of us (~40 people) was booked at
the same time!!! What is going on? Anyway after some discussions they
said that they only had smoking rooms left which is NOT OK!! All other
rooms was sold out according to the receptionist, I can't say she was
very helpful, she was blaiming the mistake on other people and not
doing anything about it. Finally when I pushed her she said that she
had one non-smoking room left but that it was a suit and she could
only give it to me for one night, so I'll have to talk to the manager
who handled all our bookings and see what can be done for tomorrow
night. Not sure why it's called a suit other than it has two rooms,
but the suit is very worn down. I'm laying in the bed right now and
looking at a broken floor board. I don't know why anyone would pay
extra for this it's really sad to see actually.
Well it's time to say good night and I'll try to update again in the
morning.
Wow, i'm feeling the jet-lag now
continue todays meeting until 21:30 but I'm not sure if I will be able
to continue that long. Since I have my own car here I might leave a
little earlier and go to the hotel. It all depends how the next few
hours develop.
VMS Solution Release Meeting Vejle, DK September 2009
all the people that are suppose to attend the meeting is here. We
started out with a lunch sandwich and the meeting will start in 15
minutes.

Another long night crossing the pond
to appear. We have about 30 minutes to go before landing so I expect
to be on my way to Vejle at around 8 soo that means I can stop on my
way up there and get an hour of sleep in the car, if I don't it will
be a long day. The drive to Vejle will take about 2 1/2 hour and the
meeting doesn't start until 13:00 soo I have plenty of time to get
there. I'll be driving on E20 over "Stora Bält" bridge. If the weather
is clear I'll take some pictures and post them later.
I wonder if there will be a full flight today?
that I could strech out and get some good sleep during the flight, but
I doubt that I will be that lucky today. I'm at a window seat and I
already have a person next to me so switching seats will not be that
simple. But who knows what will happen ;)
Anyway all I can do now is to sit back and relax with my Peppermint
White Chocolate Mocha (Venti) from Starbucks.
About 30 minutes until take off.
Cheers
Just landed in DC
to eat. Last time I flew with SAS the food was horrible so I want to
have some food in me before the next flight.
On my way to Denmark
dirt leg is taking me to Washington Dulles and from there I take the
flight to Copenhagen were I will land early tomorrow morning. From
Kastrup I'll rent a car and drive up to Vejle were the meeting will be
held. The meeting start tomorrow afternoon and end on Wednesday
afternoon so I'll catch a flight back on Thursday. Nice to have short
trip for once, only five days. Well it's time for take off so I better
shut this down. I'll update again when I'm in Washington.
